How to Make Baked Boursin Salmon
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a baking dish lightly with olive oil.
Arrange the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin side down. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
Spread the Boursin cheese evenly over each salmon fillet.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until the salmon turns opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Rest the salmon for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
Optionally, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for extra kick.
