Method
How to Make Baked Beef Kofta
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper (if using), and beaten egg in a large mixing bowl. Mix gently until combined.
Shape the mixture into logs or patties, about 4–5 inches long, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until cooked through and nicely browned.
Rest the kofta for a few minutes after removing from the oven.
