How to Make Bacon Weave Breakfast Sandwich
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Arrange 6 slices of bacon side by side on the baking sheet, slightly overlapping them.
Weave the remaining 6 slices over and under the first layer to create a lattice pattern. Trim off excess bacon if needed.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown. Let cool slightly.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Cook the egg mixture in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, stirring gently until scrambled and cooked through.
Layer half of the crispy bacon weave on a plate, top with scrambled eggs, and sprinkle with cheese.
Complete your sandwich with the remaining bacon weave on top, pressing down gently.
Slice the sandwich into halves or quarters and serve warm.
Notes
Ensure bacon is of consistent thickness for even cooking. Avoid overcrowding the pan when cooking eggs for best results.
