Method

How to Make Bacon Weave Breakfast Sandwich
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Arrange 6 slices of bacon side by side on the baking sheet, slightly overlapping them.
  3. Weave the remaining 6 slices over and under the first layer to create a lattice pattern. Trim off excess bacon if needed.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown. Let cool slightly.
  5. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  6. Cook the egg mixture in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, stirring gently until scrambled and cooked through.

  8. Complete your sandwich with the remaining bacon weave on top, pressing down gently.
