How to Make Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Quesadillas
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter until it sizzles.
Add the sliced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples become tender and beautifully caramelized.
Once the apples are ready, carefully remove the skillet from the heat.
On one half of each flour tortilla, layer a portion of the cooked apples and a sprinkle of your chosen shredded cheese.
Fold the other half of the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape. Press down gently to secure the filling inside.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
Place the folded quesadillas in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Remove the quesadillas from the skillet and let them cool slightly before slicing.
