How to Make Air Fryer Steak Bites
Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels. In a bowl, combine steak with olive oil, Italian seasoning, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter until liquid. Stir in minced garlic.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook the steak bites for 4 minutes. Shake or flip, then air fry for an additional 2-5 minutes.
Transfer cooked steak bites to a bowl and pour over the melted garlic butter. Toss to coat.
Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
